The bill (Reg. No.8271) proclaims the natural sites of Khmilnyk town of Vinnytsia region as a state resort, and fixes the boundaries of the district and zones of sanitary control.
The primary goal of the bill is to support rational and efficient use of natural sites and recreational resources, and modern development of the resort.
The Committee members informed that medical resort offers radon mineral waters and peat therapeutic muds. Adoption of the bill will support effective use of these natural medical resources, and guarantee medical, preventive, and rehabilitation services to the public.
